- Waiting list
If accepted, Brillantmont writes to offer the student a place.
Brillantmont asks for the payment of an Admissions Deposit of CHF 5’000 (boarding) or CHF 2’000 (day). This secures the student's place. The admission is not formally confirmed until the Admission Deposit is received. The Admission Deposit is refunded at the end of the student's stay.
On receipt of the Admissions Deposit, a formal letter of confirmation is sent to the student.
Brillantmont explains the process to commence the visa application process (if required).
Students who are staying for longer than 3 months may require a student visa to enter Switzerland. Please refer to the website here to see which nationalities require visas. A student cannot enter Switzerland without the correct visa. The visa can take up to 12 weeks to process. Therefore, applications for the new school year must be made as soon as possible, to ensure that the student can commence the new school year on time.
It is the parent's responsibility to apply for the visa.
Once a student has arrived in Switzerland, Brillantmont will appy for a student residency permit.
